Terms :
  • Limited seats available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Speciality courses are only available for congress registered participants.
  • Certificate of participation will be given to attendees.
  • Hybrid Courses: These shall comprise of a self-paced Online lecture module, followed by an onsite module as specified. The link for online registration modules shall be provided to registered participants by 1st January, 2026.
  • Speciality Course registrations will be closed once the seats are full – extra candidates will be refunded (except the GST) / Last day of registration is 31th January, 2026. Last Date of registration for Minimal Access Liver Resection & Advanced Proctology courses is 30th November, 2025.
  • Surgeons without Indian passports and OCI will need a visa to visit India. Please contact the event team on info@iages2026.com for the visa invitation letter.
  • International candidates are required to submit a copy of their surgery degree & national association membership certificate.
  • International trainees can additionally opt to shadow a surgeon (at no additional cost) in a centre of excellence in GI Endoscopy, General Laparoscopy, Oncology, Hernia, Bariatrics or Robotics, for 3-4 days starting from 16th February, 2026.
  • The decision of the organising team & the respective fellowship board will be final & binding after considering the suitability & seat availability.
