This year's theme, "Beyond Evidence - Experience!" reflects our desire to encourage experienced professionals, besides researchers, to share and disseminate their acquired wisdom. This is necessary to find answers to common problems and to derive innovative solutions best suited to our socio-economic milieu while promoting excellence in care.

Important Dates
- Submission Deadline: August 31, 2025
- Notification of Acceptance: September 30, 2025
- Registration Deadline for Presenters: Within 15 days of acceptance notification or by October 15, 2025 (whichever is earlier)
- Presenter Substitution Deadline: December 31, 2025 (Substitute presenter should register for the conference to present)
General Information
- Conference registration is NOT mandatory for abstract submission. Accepted presenters needs to complete their registration within 15 days from notification of acceptance or before October 15 failing which their presentation will be removed from the scientific program.
- Accepted abstract authors will be offered early bird registration rates through an author-specific link.
- Maximum of 3 abstracts per presenter can be submitted across all categories (maximum 2 abstracts will be accepted/presenter).
- All abstracts must be submitted in English, the official language of the congress.
- Abstracts must be submitted electronically through the congress website only.
- Email, postal, or fax submissions will not be considered.

Abstracts are invited in any area related to the following topics:
Abstract Preparation Guidelines
- Word Limit: 250 words (excluding title, authors, and affiliations)
- Title Format: Sentence case, brief and self-explanatory
- Blinded Review: No identifying features such as names of authors, collaborators, hospitals, medical colleges, clinics, or places should be included in the title or text
- Author Information: All author details and affiliations should be entered separately during online submission

Additional Guidelines
- Avoid abbreviations in the title
- Refrain from including keywords, graphs, figures, tables, or references in the abstract
- Conflict of interest statement and declaration is mandatory
- Use generic names of drugs or active pharmacological content, avoiding commercial names
- Limit the use of abbreviations and acronyms
- Abstracts will be reproduced as submitted; authors are responsible for language, factual accuracy, and avoiding plagiarism
Special Requirements
- All residents must submit a letter from their Head of Department certifying the authenticity of the paper and the category of submission
- Papers submitted for the Award Paper category will be evaluated by a review panel; if not suitable, they may be considered for Free Paper or E-Poster categories (if permitted by the author during submission)
Disqualification Criteria
- Previously published studies
- Papers previously presented at another congress
- Plagiarized or doctored studies
- Non-adherent to any of the submission guidelines
Abstracts will be automatically rejected if they are:
Presentation Information
- Selection of presentation format (oral/poster) is at the discretion of the Scientific Committee
- Each presenter can make a maximum of two oral presentations (including substitute presentations)
- Presenters unable to attend may nominate a co-author as a substitute, provided they are registered for the congress
Publication Rights
By submitting an abstract, authors grant the congress the right to publish the abstract in the book of abstracts.
